In recent events, the UFC welterweight fighter could be spotted attending the WWE spectacle, ‘WrestleMania 41.’ But the crowd’s reaction was something that Covington did not seem to like at all.

After merging the UFC and WWE, several UFC stars were seen attending the event. Last night, it was the head honcho, Dana White himself. This time, Merab Dvalishvili and Colby Covington showed up. Now, for the UFC bantamweight champion, the crowd did cheer significantly. Unfortunately, when Covington was shown on air, he was greeted with a significant amount of boos.

Although Covington was seen smiling, the reception was surely not an encouraging sight for the UFC fighter. Just last year, Covington could be seen feuding with Ian Garry. And while he claimed himself as a potential championship contender, Covington suffered a brutal TKO defeat against Joaquin Buckley. Meanwhile, Covington recently dropped yet another controversial statement.

“Number one streamer, Because they get paid a little more money [than fighters in the UFC]. And they don’t have to get hit in the face. So, yeah,” said Covington.
