You probably didn’t expect a response, but after watching your video — and hearing your very loud thoughts about me, my work, and what I “represent” — I figured it’s time I say something back. Not with drama, not with insults, but with honesty.
Let’s get into it.
First of All — I Respect Hard Work
You’re a plumber. You work with your hands. You fix problems most people can’t fix. That’s honorable work. I mean that sincerely. I respect tradespeople deeply — I come from a working-class background, and I know what it means to put in long days just to keep the lights on and the bills paid.
But let’s not pretend that because we come from different lanes, we can’t respect each other. I never said your work isn’t valuable. What I won’t accept, though, is being disrespected for mine — especially when you clearly haven’t taken the time to understand what I actually do.
What Was All That About?
In your video, you called me “soft,” “out of touch,” and even accused me of “selling dreams.” But here’s what you missed: I’m not here to lie to anyone. I talk to people about real things — life, mindset, choices, growth. I don’t claim to have all the answers. I don’t pretend to be perfect. But I do try to help people think bigger, push themselves, and escape the boxes they’ve been put in.
If that threatens you — maybe because you think I’m saying plumbing isn’t enough — then let me clear it up now: Your job is enough if it fulfills you. But not everyone wants the same path. Not everyone feels called to the same purpose. Some people want to create, lead, speak, coach, teach, write, build. None of it makes one better than the other — unless we start tearing each other down over it.
Mindset Isn’t Make-Believe
You mocked the idea of “mindset” like it’s a scam. That tells me you’ve probably never needed it — or maybe you had it naturally and never realized it. But for some of us, the difference between staying stuck and moving forward is mindset. It’s not some magical cure — it’s a tool. And it’s real.
People with trades need strong mindsets too. You know that. You don’t wake up at 6 AM, crawl under a house in freezing rain, and deal with customers unless you’ve got mental toughness. So why mock others for working on theirs?
This Isn’t a Feud. It’s a Conversation.
This response isn’t meant to start a back-and-forth war. I’m not here for the clout. I’m here because I believe in mutual respect. If you ever actually want to talk — not yell, not posture, but talk — I’m open to that. Let’s compare values, not followers.
Until then, keep fixing pipes, I’ll keep building minds. Both of us are doing important work. Neither one of us is better than the other — but we can both be better than this.
