Virginia Giuffre’s brother speaks out in heartbreaking statement after Trump claimed Epstein ‘stole’ her
Virginia Giuffre’s brother has issued a heartbreaking statement after President Donald Trump claimed Jeffrey Epstein ‘stole’ her.
The president has not denied that he was once pals with the late convicted child sex offender, Epstein. However, the Trump administration has faced mounting pressure in recent weeks to release the so-called Epstein files, with theories that they contain an alleged ‘client list’ of the financier’s rich and powerful associates and possible visitors to his private island.
Recently, the POTUS denied ever having visited Little Saint James and said he cut off contact with the 66-year-old ‘for years’.
Yet amid a political firestorm over the release of the files, Trump has also recently claimed he was aware Epstein ‘stole’ young women who worked at the spa at Mar-a-Lago, Trump’s lavish golfing estate in Florida.
One of the women he identified was Virginia Giuffre, who was among Epstein’s most well-known sex trafficking accusers.
Giuffre tragically died by suicide earlier this year.
The president said: “I told him, I said, listen, we don’t want you taking our people, whether it was spa or not spa. I don’t want him taking people. And he was fine.
“And then, not too long after that, he did it again. And I said, out of here.”
“I don’t know. I think she worked at the spa. I think so. I think that was one of the people, yeah, he stole her,” Trump continued. “And by the way, she had no complaints about us, as you know, none whatsoever.”

Giuffre’s family have said they were ‘shocked’ to hear the president mention her, and that he’s used the word ‘stolen’ to describe what had happened to the youngster, who was allegedly ‘hired’ to work away from the spa by Epstein’s accomplice, Ghislaine Maxwell, when she was 16.
Now, her siblings have also spoken out about the ordeal, including her older brother Sky Roberts.
Speaking to NBC News this week, Sky said through tears: “She’s not an object, she’s a person. She’s a mom. She’s a sister. And she was recruited by Maxwell. She wasn’t stolen.”
White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt pointed out that Trump did not specifically mention Giuffre himself, and was answering reporters’ questions.

“The fact remains that President Trump kicked Jeffrey Epstein out of his club for being a creep to his female employees,” Leavitt said.
Giuffre alleged in her lawsuit that she was abused by Epstein and Maxwell together and then ‘lent out to other powerful men.’
Maxwell is currently serving a 20-year prison sentence for her role in the child sex trafficking scandal and is currently attempting to have her conviction overturned and for Trump to pardon her.
The Trump administration has stated it is not currently considering clemency action for the 63-year-old.
As for the Epstein files, the Department of Justice has backtracked as Attorney General Pam Bondi initially claimed they were sitting on her desk, waiting to be released, before then announcing that no further files would be made public.

Yet the Trump administration has since called on the DOJ to release all of he FBI files, but denies there is such a thing as a ‘client list.’
Despite this, the president is doubling down on what the files include, telling reporters it’s a ‘hoax’.
He says the files were mishandled by the former FBI director and then president Joe Biden, adding: “They were run by my enemy.”
Giuffre’s family have also insisted that she had wanted the Epstein files to be released before her death, for ‘transparency and justice.’
Amanda Roberts, Giuffre’s sister-in-law, said: “She was fighting for that to happen right up until the very end. She wanted the public to know the crimes that they had committed.”
