UFC icon Francis Ngannou breaks silence on motorcycle accident which left 17-year-old girl dead
Francis Ngannou has said his ‘heart is shattered’ after he was involved in a fatal motorcycle crash last month.
According to reports out of Cameroon, the former UFC champion struck and killed a 17-year-old girl while driving a motorcycle in his home country.
Ngannou reportedly rushed her to the hospital himself before she ultimately died at Yaounde General Hospital.
Now, the fighter has opened up to TMZ about the tragic ordeal as he discussed the ‘devastating loss of life.’
‘From the very beginning, I have been by the family’s side, offering support, comfort, and deepest condolences during this time,’ he said in a statement obtained by the outlet.
‘I’ve met with them privately to share in their grief, and I will continue to stand with them every step of the way.
