Tommy Fury will reportedly entered a return boxing with a possible rematch against KSI touted as his first fight back in the sport.

Fury has not appeared since losing to KSI, whose real name is Olajide Olatunji, in October 2023.

Fury won the fight with the scorecards reading 57-57, 57-56, despite having a point deducted in the contest, a verdict KSI labelled ‘outrageous’ as he insisted he landed the cleanest shots.

The 2019 Love Island contestant was set to face former UFC star Darren Till in a comeback bout in January.

However, that fight never ended up taking place after Fury pulled out of the bout after Till threatened to kick him in the head – and he has not yet rescheduled his return to the ring.

KSI’s manager Mams Taylor – the co-founder of Misfits – said that talks are now underway with Fury’s management over a potential return.

Speaking to The Sun, Taylor said: ‘Kalle’s speaking with Tommy’s team today. I’m not sure exactly what’s going on with that.

‘I’d love to see Tommy in a Misfits ring. Honestly, I think the fight between Darren and Tommy would have been fantastic to set up the winner of that against KSI down the line as well.

‘Darren I’m very big on. I think he’s an absolute pay-per-view star. And listen, there aren’t that many pay-per-view stars.’

Till, 32, beat former MMA fighter Anthony Taylor, 34, who took Fury’s place – but Taylor hopes the grudge match can still take place again.

Fury, 25, underwent hand surgery in the aftermath of his win over KSI, 31, who also picked up a similar injury himself.

KSI returns to boxing at the end of this month as he is set to take on Dillon Danis on March 29 in Manchester.

Last month, KSI revealed that he sent a message of apology to Wayne Bridge after upsetting the former Chelsea star with a joke about John Terry.

The social media sensation aimed a jibe at Bridge in relation to his ex-girlfriend’s alleged affair with John Terry.

Just over a month after Bridge pulled out of the fight, KS shared the apology he sent to Bridge.

Speaking on his podcast, KSI said that he made the joke in an attempt to increase pay-per-view sales (PPVs) for his fight with Bridge.

The YouTube star stated: ‘I privately DM’d him. And the thing is, I messaged him like, ”Bro, I’m not a d***head…”

‘But we’re selling the fight and I thought he should know that.’

KSI added: ‘Wayne Bridge, I’m sorry. I’ve told you in DMs anyway but yeah, my bad.’
