Minute-by-minute simulation reveals how US would react if invaded amid WW3 fears
As global tensions continue to rise, a minute-by-minute simulation has depicted how it believes the US would react if it were to be invaded.
It comes as fears mount for many that World War III could soon be on the horizon, with President Donald Trump having ordered a US attack on Iran’s nuclear sites in June and in response, Iran’s foreign minister threatened that ‘everlasting consequences’ will come to America.
Then there’s the conflict in Eastern Europe, with the 79-year-old POTUS having met with Russian President Vladimir Putin in a bid to bring an end to his invasion of Ukraine – but no ceasefire agreement was reached.
Of course, then you also have Trump starting a trade war with both Canada, Mexico and China – with the latter being much more intimidating due to the size of its army and the ongoing tensions.
Anyway, the YouTube channel ‘The Infographics Show’ has provided the world with a simulation of how the US could respond to an invasion by Russia and China.
It all starts off with an attack on Seattle – leaving the city burning
It starts off by explaining that Seattle ‘glows with fire’ as airstrikes rain down on it, while a Chinese amphibious force begins offloading troops onto US soil.
“The president is urgently awakened and rushed toward a secure bunker as aids relay the staggering news,” it says.
“Across the country just seven minutes later Air Force and Air National Guard units spring into action.
“At least 16 air bases have fighters on strip alert under ‘Operation Noble Eagle’ – the post 9/11 Homeland Air defense mission.
“In Fort Worth a pair of F-16s soar into the sky before their pilots are even fully awake.
“From Massachusetts to Hawaii, ready alert jets F-15 Eagles, F-22 Raptors and FA18s from Navy stations are airborne within minutes vectoring toward potential threat vectors.”
It continued: “Their immediate task is to intercept enemy aircraft, shoot down inbound missiles and identify any possible follow-on threats.
“NORAD (The North American Aerospace Defense Command) and the FAA (Federal Aviation Association) jointly issue a national ground stop on all civilian flights 9/11 style, but this time to clear the skies for what may become a prolonged air war over US soil.”
It went on to suggest that ‘all 50 state governors activate their Army and Air National Guard units’ – which makes up nearly 325,000 soldiers and almost 105,000 in the air.
The video went on: “With the West Coast stabilized, the Seattle invasion contained, the United States pivots into the next phase – sustained defense, overwhelming industrial mobilization and the methodical dismantling of any remaining threat.”
That’s when the US hit its aggressors with a financial squeeze – something we’ve heard Trump talk of before.
It adds: “Global sanctions obliterate the invader economic lifelines – even formally neutral nations freeze trade, expel diplomats and join in coordinated cyber and financial strikes.
“In the enemy’s capital city, empty store shelves and rolling blackouts cause unrest – the war they thought would break America is now breaking them.”
