Magomed Ankalaev Warns Alex Pereira Yet Again Reacting To Latest Training Video In Snow

Alex Pereira and Magomed Ankalaev
Magomed Ankalaev does not seem to stop taking shots at Alex Pereira. While the two were slated to meet inside the octagon a long time back, things got significantly delayed. And that might have caused a raging fire to burn within the Russian fighter. Ever since the matchup has been announced, Ankalaev just cannot seem to catch a break. While he previously claimed to knock out Pereira, Ankalaev has constantly been poking ‘Poatan’ ahead of their much-awaited clash.
Pereira released videos of him training in the snow in a recent video. As he was seemingly working on his grappling with Glover Texeira, Anakalaev could not help but chime in with a take of his own.
Reacting to the video, the Russian fighter warned the UFC light heavyweight champion by saying, “I hope you ready to do this for 25 min.”
Well, this was not the first time that Ankalaev had directed his hatred towards Pereira. He even referred to Pereira as a ‘fake humble boy.’ Meanwhile, Alex Pereira seems to be unbothered by all the noise around him. In fact, he stated that fighting Anakalaev was just like any other regular match for him.

Despite all the scathing comments thrown at him by Magomed Ankalaev, Alex Pereira has remained extremely calm. However, in a recent interaction, Poatan did comment on his fourth title defense. And he sounded pretty much confident about the same.
Unwilling to give Ankalaev any special importance, Pereira stated, “I’m training, honestly, as if I were fighting any other guy. I think the only thing that changes is that he’s left-handed, but that doesn’t make any difference.”
Alex Pereira is asked how he’s preparing for the Ankalaev fight:
“I’m training, honestly, as if I were fighting any other guy.
I think the only thing that changes is that he’s left-handed, but that doesn’t make any difference.”

Surely, as Magomed Ankalaev and Alex Pereira are showcasing contrasting mentality, the fight will surely be a treat to watch. Whether or not the Russian can be true to his words is a prospect that will be interesting to see.
