General Hospital’s Adrian Anchondo Is Dating Days of Our Lives’ Colton Little

General Hospital actor Adrian Anchondo revealed he is dating Days of Our Lives star Colton Little in a New Year’s Eve post, noting their holiday season together made his heart “pop.”

Adrian Anchondo and Colton Little are living the days of their lives together.

The General Hospital and Days of Our Lives actors, who play Marco Rios and Andrew Donovan on their respective TV shows, debuted their relationship in a touching recap of their 2025 holiday season.

In a picture shared to Adrian’s Instagram Dec. 31, the soap star, 42, received a forehead kiss from Colton, 36, while the pair shared a hug on a beach in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Other snaps featured the couple going on hikes through nature and spending time with family.

“This Christmas made my heart pop,” Adrian wrote in the caption. “Thank you Puerto Rico and Florida.”

Adrian and Colton also posted a video to their Instagram Stories of the midnight kiss they shared on New Year’s Eve, with Colton referring to Adrian as “the sweetest boy.”

Beyond his relationship reveal, Adrian—who joined the General Hospital cast in March—also reflected on his year as a whole, making note of the milestones he achieved throughout.

“Looking back at one of the most important years of my life,” he wrote on Instagram Jan. 1 alongside clips from the soap opera, photos with Colton and vacation pics. “From getting my Masters degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, to fulfilling a dream of working as a regular on a tv show.”

While noting he is proud of himself, Adrian added, “I traveled the world, I lost people I’ve loved and found new love, battled my depression and anxiety, and pushed myself further than I thought possible.”

“Teenage Colton, who was suicidal and felt isolated and scared, needed to see representation like this,” Colton added. “I’m PROUD to represent that for someone who may need it today.”
