Actor Vince Vaughn recently met with POTUS Donald Trump for a friendly meeting and their interaction might hint at a disturbing Hollywood trend!

Well, it seems that the world is drawing closer and closer to a post-apocalyptic setting as sides will be chosen, and we might have to end up choosing between the Jedi Republic and the Empire.

But on a more serious note, it seems that Hollywood and politics are getting on a little friendlier terms with each other, and while not all will agree with the POTUS, it seems that there could be a potential influence in the media that we see.

Vince Vaughn met with President Donald Trump 

It all started before Donald Trump even became the 47th President of the United States when he and Kamala Harris had various celebrity endorsements during their election campaigns.

After Trump became the President of the United States again, various celebrities openly expressed their support for the POTUS, including Sylvester Stallone, Drea de Matteo, and Vince Vaughn.

A recent event unfolded when Vaughn visited Donald Trump at the White House for a friendly visit. The two ended up spending some time talking, and after their talk, the White House shared a mock poster for this event.

The poster was shared on official social media handles with the title “White House Crashers,” which is a wordplay on Vince Vaughn’s 2005 film Wedding Crashers.

Well, although some might say that this was just a friendly visit between two pals and nothing more, there is a potentially disturbing Hollywood trend that has been increasingly visible ever since Trump became president.

Although this trend was shown in a sarcastic way in The Boys, it seems that the tyrannical world of Supes and The Boys is coming into reality sooner than expected, and it starts right here in Hollywood.

The disturbing Hollywood trend you don’t see
In The Boys, everything that is shown on television and movies is pro-Homelander and pro-Seven. In reality, we all know what Homelander was like, and yet, however, the control over media created a frenzy which ended in the world supporting Homelander in his evil endeavours.

It has been observed that several characters have been liked by supporters of Donald Trump, while more ‘woke’ characters are given a general dislike from the red counties.

It has been heavily rumored that corporations and entities like the Marvel Cinematic Universe and Disney are carefully choosing their movies and characters so that they can be on the good side of things, which will lead to a higher profit.

Well, this potentially disturbing trend is a bad thing since if people do pick sides, there will be two: the right and the left. Some projects will be pro-Trump ideologies, while others will be anti-Trump ideologies. This will lead to monotonous and boring content after a while, since the world will only see two colors: black and white.

The inclusion of politics in media could also potentially mean that whatever the world sees on the screens will not be the whole truth, and they would only reveal the truth that they want to portray. As the famous saying goes, “History is written by the winners.” It seems that the media history… could be potentially written by politicians and Hollywood allies.
