It looks like Princess Love and Ray J are finally wrapping up their messy divorce.
Princess Love Gives Update On Divorce From Ray J
While appearing on ‘The Morning Hustle Show,’ Princess Love said that their back and forth is finally coming to an end. According to her, they’re just days away from officially finalizing their divorce for good. Additionally, the reality star told host Lore’l that “she’s just done.”
“We’re great friends, and I just have to accept that we’re better off as friends,” Princess explained.
Princess Love did say, though, “she still loves him, and he loves her, they live two totally different lifestyles,” and she had to come to terms with that. Furthermore, she said she believes their different lives was making her “act out of character and do things she normally wouldn’t do if she was in a relationship.”
Princess kept it real while chatting with Lore’l. She revealed that her old lawyer wasn’t feeling the terms she wanted for her divorce from Ray, so she let him go. Now, she’s handling her own legal stuff because she’s done with the fighting.
Social media went crazy with reactions in The Shade Room’s comment section to Princess Love’s update about her divorce from Ray J. Some folks gave her props for choosing peace, while others are convinced this isn’t the last chapter for them.

Details On Princess Love & Ray J’s Ongoing Divorce Drama
Princess Love first filed for divorce from Ray J in May 2020 after four years of marriage, according to PEOPLE. She later dropped the petition, but Ray J filed for divorce months later. Then, in 2021, Princess filed again but decided to call it off. They’ve been flip-flopping on whether to actually split four times.
However, as The Shade Room previously reported, Ray went on a live stream in January and said Princess really wanted a divorce this time, but he wasn’t with it. He also mentioned that if they did end things for real, he’d be “turnt up forever.”
“When you make a vow, and you promise somebody something… then if that don’t work, then just gotta go back to like being like all the way up. And then if you ever want to like slow it down again that’s the only person you could do it with because that was the agreement,” Ray explained.
