An influencer diεd just moments before he was about to get inked with a tattoo so giant, it required anaesthetic.
Brazilian Ricardo Godoi, who shot to social media stardom for his expertise on flash cars, diεd on the operating table in hospital after he was put under anaesthesia for a full back tattoo.
However, the 45-year-old diεd before the tattoo artist had even made a start, as he fell into cardiac arrest after going under to ease the pain of such a mammoth design. Nurses were unable to revive Godoi, who had planned to have the tattoo done in the hospital. His death is currently under investigation.

The owner of the tattoo studio said: “He was quickly checked and a cardiologist was called in to try to revive him, unfortunately without success,” Dexerto reported.
They added that Godoi slipped into cardiac arrest “at the beginning of the sedation and intubation”, and that he “deeply regrets” the death of such a “great friend”.
A message was shared on Godoi’s Instagram account which told his 225,000 followers of the influencer’s death.

He was described as an ‘incredible’ person(Image: ricardo.godoi.oficial/Instagram)
It read: “It is with deep regret that we announce the death of Ricardo Godoi, today, at 12 noon. In this golden moment, we stand in solidarity with family and friends, wishing strength and comfort to overcome this irreparable loss. May the memory of Ricardo Godoi be filled with love and respect for all who have the privilege of knowing him.”
The post added that Godoi was an “incredible person” and that “his joy, generosity and light will continue to be present”.
His sudden death came as a shock to his fans, as he had shared a post just the day before. “Rest in peace legend,” one fan commented, while another wrote: “Be with God, warrior.” Another commented that Godoi’s death should be an “example” that our bodies are “sacred monuments” not a “blank canvas” to “scribble on”.
