Cardi B is dripping in diamonds courtesy of her “boo boo,” Stefon Diggs.
In a recent TikTok video, the “Bodak Yellow” rapper revealed her luxury jewelry haul, which included a $73,000 gold wristwatch by Patek Philippe that she received from the All-Pro Patriots wideout.
“So first things first, we’re gonna put on a watch and this is a Patek Philippe,” Cardi, 32, said while holding up the watch to display the face lined with 56 diamonds.
“My boo boo got it for me at London Jewelers. I went to link up with him at London Jewelers, and I thought he was buying himself a watch, and it’s like, ‘Surprise, a watch for you!’”
Cardi, who hosted WWE 2025 SummerSlam at MetLife Stadium last weekend, said the watch was part of her “daily brand new stack,” consisting of bracelets by Cartier, Tiffany & Co. and Van Cleef & Arpels.

The Patek Philippe style Cardi showed off in her video retails for $72,806.
“I don’t care what anybody say, I love Van Cleef,” Cardi continued. “It’s a classic. Real rich people never get tired of Van Cleef. I lost a lot of Van Cleef bracelets and I think I’m gonna start collecting them back again. I just love that they give a pop of color.”

Cardi made her relationship with Diggs Instagram official in June.
Days prior, the four-time Pro Bowler made headlines after appearing in a wild boat video that featured a curious pink substance.
The Patriots addressed the video, which has since been deleted, with head coach Mike Vrabel saying he was aware of the matter and speaks to his players every day.

Cardi won a Grammy for her debut studio album, “Invasion of Privacy,” released in 2018.
