Cardi B has been caught displaying a series of heartwarming reactions to Stefon Diggs’ recent post about his new jersey number with the New England Patriots for the 2025 season.

 

The Patriots announced on social media that the four-time Pro Bowl wide receiver would be donning the No. 8 jersey this season. This change signifies a fresh start for Diggs, who signed a three-year, $69 million contract with the team during the offseason. Last year, Diggs wore the No. 1 jersey with the Houston Texans, but with Ja’Lynn Polk currently holding that number with the Patriots, Diggs decided not to request it.

 

As the Patriots celebrated his new jersey number with a post on their Instagram account, many fans showed love and support for Diggs. Cardi B, who has spent quality time with the 31-year-old athlete, expressed her heartwarming support for his new achievement. The ‘WAP’ rapper, who recently filed for divorce from her estranged husband Offset, has been engaging with Diggs’ posts, suggesting their relationship has moved to a more advanced level.

 

Stefon Diggs reciprocated by showing support for Cardi B’s recent posts, following several occasions where they were seen spending quality time together, including Valentine’s Day. The pair was photographed in Miami on February 14, four months after romance rumors began circulating. Cardi, 32, wore a sparkling silver crop top and matching skirt, while Diggs, 31, sported a red jacket and cap. TMZ captured the duo arriving at a hotel, further fueling speculation.

 

The romance rumors initially erupted on social media in October. Cardi addressed the speculation in an Instagram Live, calling it “f–king crazy.” However, in February, the two were spotted together at a New York City nightclub, further confirming their close connection.

 

Cardi’s latest public appearance with Diggs comes six months after she filed for divorce from Offset, her husband of seven years, in August. She announced her pregnancy with their third child shortly after, and their daughter Blossom was born in September.

 

Since February, Cardi B and Stefon Diggs’ relationship seems to have progressed. In March, Diggs was reportedly learning Spanish, influenced by Cardi, who is a mother of three. Recently, he has been expressing affection through love emojis on Cardi’s Instagram posts.
