The proud daughter cheered for her mom in her first win and accompanied her mom during her second recognition. The mother-daughter duo celebrated on stage at the ceremony and shared an emotional moment, including a sweet hug before receiving the award.

“I just feel very full and very honored,” the singer said while holding her AOTY Grammy. “It’s been many many years, and I just want to thank the Grammys, every songwriter, every collaborator, every producer, all of the hard work. I want to dedicate this to Ms. [Linda] Martell and I hope we just keep pushing forward, opening doors. God bless y’all, thank you so much.”
