Jayda Cheaves’ Lip Kit Is TRASH & Too EXPENSIVE?! Cardi B SPEAKS on Crashing Out on Offset!

The internet has been buzzing ever since Cardi B went off on Offset during a Twitter Spaces rant. She accused him of not buying their kids anything for Christmas while spoiling his other children. But the real shocker? She also claimed that Offset and his mother STOLE between $5 million and $10 million from her!

After the drama, Cardi addressed her outburst, saying:

“I crashed out yesterday, and yes, I crashed the f** out! And I don’t care! Sometimes people have to crash out to release stress. People always act like being nonchalant is the way to go. Sure, it looks better, but it doesn’t always make you feel better. Sometimes, you just gotta crash out, clean up the mess later, and move on!”*

While some fans understood Cardi’s frustration, others felt she needed therapy or should at least keep her meltdowns off social media. But Cardi made it clear—she needed to get things off her chest.

Cardi B Claims She Paved the Way for Female Rappers

Cardi B: Biography, Rapper, Grammy Winner, Reality TV Star

In the same Twitter Spaces conversation, Cardi also spoke about how major record labels admitted to signing more female rappers because of HER success.

“I don’t care what y’all say—labels have literally told me to my face that they started signing female rappers because of the success I had. Even rappers who were coming up at the same time as me have said it. Labels were being really tough on female rappers in 2017, no matter how good you were. But ‘Bodak Yellow’ changed the game. It showed labels that female rappers could make money and be the next big wave.”

Of course, the internet had mixed reactions. Some agreed, saying Cardi broke barriers, while others accused her of trying to take too much credit. What do y’all think?

Jayda Cheaves’ $70 Lip Kit Sparks Backlash!

Meanwhile, Jayda Cheaves is under fire for her new beauty brand, Jayda Cheaves Beauty. She released a lip kit for $70, and many fans think it’s WAY too expensive. Critics pointed out that Kylie Jenner, Fenty Beauty, and other major brands offer quality lip kits for less.

After the backlash, Jayda went on Instagram Live to defend her pricing:

“People keep saying, ‘Why is the lip kit $70?’ But it’s because it comes with THREE items! Y’all don’t have to buy it, but guess what? It’s selling out! Once you try it, you’ll love it. If you don’t want to buy it, stick to your NYX and drugstore brands. I don’t care. I ain’t forcing y’all to buy it!”

A TikTok user later went viral, claiming the product was trash:

“When a celebrity tells you not to buy their product, believe them! I’m not paying $70 for a watered-down lip gloss. You had to use HALF the bottle just to get a good shine. My beauty supply store would NEVER! And the lip liner? No different than the $3 ones from NYX!”

Fans in the comments were divided. Some said:

“NYX never failed me, and I’m sticking beside them.”
“I got a whole Fenty lip kit for $35. Why would I pay $70 for Jayda’s?”
“Y’all just hating! Plenty of high-end brands charge that much.”

At the end of the day, it’s all about personal preference. If you love Jayda and trust her brand, you might be willing to pay $70. If not, there are plenty of cheaper alternatives.
