Nikki Glaser put herself in the hot seat after sharing several throwback images of herself from 2009 to show how much she — and her career — has changed in the past 16 years.

The comedian, 40, took to social media Wednesday with shocking side-by-side photos after her “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon” appearance Monday, in which she defended plastic surgery and using Ozempic for weight loss instead of its intended use for those with diabetes.

“First Tonight Show Jan 2009 ———-> Latest Tonight Show Mar 2025,” Glaser captioned the snaps, which included a split of both appearances for comparison on how much her looks have changed.

In the first photo from 2009, Glaser appeared pale and without much makeup while wearing a black dress, matching blazer and tall boots. The image next to that showed the funny gal, who recently killed it as the Golden Globes host in January, tan and in full glam.

Sporting a skin-tight metallic silver mini-dress, Glaser looked confident as she highlighted her tight figure and toned legs.

She posted additional photos from behind the scenes of her recent late-night appearance, which sparked controversy after she claimed she’d be getting a facelift next year. To add insult to injury, Glaser also caused chatter by slamming Ozempic critics.

“Oh, I love it, I love. I’m like, do it, do it. I have no judgment,” she said about using the medication to drop pounds. “If you want to do Ozempic, hell yeah, girl.”

Glaser then shared that the “shame” those feel in taking the jab for weight loss only comes “from thin people who want you to stay fat,” adding they are “so mad” that users are getting trim because “that’s all they have.”

“You have your dynamic, you have a good personality, and they’re like, ‘No.’ They’re so mad,” she piled on. “But they can’t say it right. They just go, ‘You’re stealing medicine from diabetics who need it.’ That’s their excuse. Like anyone’s ever cared about someone with diabetes who doesn’t have it.”

“It’s suddenly all these thin white women who are like, ‘Diabetics need their meds.’ No, I think you’re upset that Kathy Bates has a thigh gap,” Glaser joked. “She’s coming for you. That’s more what it could be about, I think.”

Kathy Bates, 76, came clean about using Ozempic in October, revealing she lost 20 pounds by using the medication and 80 pounds from changing her diet and lifestyle.

“There’s been a lot of talk that I just was able to do this because of Ozempic,” Bates told People. “But I have to impress upon people out there that this was hard work for me, especially during the pandemic. It’s very hard to say you’ve had enough.”

Glaser also spoke about her support for plastic surgery while on “The Tonight Show,” telling Fallon, 50, that she’s ready and willing to go under the knife.

“Wait till the facelift,” she shared. “That’s coming. August 2026. I’m gonna do it. I have no problem with that.”

Glaser later added, “There’s kind of a stigma around getting face work or investing in your beauty and doing all these procedures. And there is maybe a little bit of a sadness to it, but I kind of also am like, ‘Well, it makes my life better.’ “

She also admitted, “People treat you better when you’re hotter. It’s just a fact. It’s a sad fact of life.”

Glaser’s comments on beauty standards come after she shared that she postponed her brow lift to host the Golden Globes.

“For January 2025, I was going to possibly have, like, a brow lift or some kind of, like, really invasive surgery that I’ve been, you know, looking into getting,” she told CBS Sunday Morning in December.

Glaser did such a great job as host of the award show that she’ll be returning to emcee the Golden Globes in 2026.
