Daniel Berulis, an IT staffer at the NLRB, provided an affidavit detailing that DOGE staffers were granted extensive access to NLRB systems beginning in early March. He reported that logging protocols were tampered with, and approximately 10GB of sensitive data—including proprietary business information, union activity details, and private affidavits—was exfiltrated from NLRB servers. Additionally, Berulis detected attempted logins from a Russian IP address using valid credentials, which were blocked due to location-based security policies. ​
