Brock Jarvis DUMPS champion trainer Jeff Fenech – with disgraced NRL star Curtis Scott now in his corner ahead of bout against US star Keith Thurman
Brock Jarvis is no longer working closely with Jeff Fenech
Was once the most promising partnership in Australian boxing

Aussie boxer Brock Jarvis has sensationally dumped decorated trainer Jeff Fenech ahead of his bout against US star Keith Thurman on March 12.
Jarvis, 27, has also raised eyebrows after former NRL bad boy Curtis Scott applied for a last minute license to be in his corner.
The pair are close friends and often train together.
News Corp has reported that four-time world champion Fenech will still attend the bout at Hordern Pavilion, but won’t have an official role on the night.
Fenech remained tight-lipped when quizzed about the development, stating ‘Brock makes his own decisions and I’ve got nothing bad to say about Curtis Scott.’
But it is understood the ‘Marrickville mauler’ is devastated behind the scenes given working with Jarvis was arguably the most promising partnership in Australian boxing.

Jarvis also previously dated Fenech’s daughter Kayla, who is now the partner of NRL star Bradman Best.
US super welterweight star Thurman, 36, has an imposing career record of 30-1, which includes 22 knockout victories – but his last bout was in February of 2022.
But if Jarvis was intimidated, he wasn’t showing it.
‘I think I’m better all round. I think I’m faster on my feet. I think I’ve got faster hands,’ Jarvis said this week.
‘I think I’ve got more power. I think I’m more intelligent with my approach.
‘So these are all my attributes that I’m going to put into play on fight night and I think it will be too much for him.’
Jarvis – whose sole defeat was against fellow Aussie Liam Paro in 2022 – also stated Thurman ‘slaps his punches’ and ‘isn’t really a power hitter.’
Scott, who won a NRL premiership with the Melbourne Storm in 2017, is unbeaten in his four heavyweight career fights to date.
He was eventually exiled from the NRL due to domestic violence offences with former partner Tay-Leiha Clark that played out in a Sydney court – and was also involved in an incident with teammate John Bateman when at the Raiders.
Scott was also in a legal battle with NSW Police surrounding an ‘unlawful’ arrest in 2020 on the outskirts of Sydney’s CBD.
