Singer Taylor Swift was surprised when the audience booed her while she was cheering for her boyfriend, football player Travis Kelce, in the Super Bowl championship match on the evening of February 9.
When Taylor Swift’s image was shown on the big screen of the game with her friends Ice Spice and Ashley Avignone, the booing broke out. Taylor noticed this, frowned in surprise, looked around, then smiled as if she didn’t care. The two friends sitting next to her also laughed, quickly dispelling the negative reaction of the crowd.

The incident happened while Taylor Swift’s boyfriend’s Kansas City Chiefs team was trailing the Philadelphia Eagles, according to Dailymail. The Kansas City Chiefs have won the Super Bowl for two consecutive years and the team is struggling to compete with the Philadelphia Eagles to bring home a third trophy.
Two days before the Super Bowl final, Travis Kelce went to dinner with Taylor Swift at a French restaurant in New Orleans with player Patrick Mahomes and his wife. Although there was no suggestion that they violated team rules, many fans were surprised to see the two celebrity couples hanging out so close to the game. This usually doesn’t happen near a Super Bowl. Dailymail commented that this could be the reason why Kansas City Chiefs fans were upset with Taylor.

During the game on Sunday night (this morning Hanoi time), Taylor Swift sat in the VIP area cheering on her boyfriend. She wore a white outfit, wearing a T-shaped necklace, which is believed to be Travis Kelce’s initials. The singer sat next to Travis’s family, her younger brother Austin and famous friends.
